From 2016, the Royal Canadian Mint issued a new series of silver coins. All coins from the Canadian Predator Series depicting Canadian wildlife animals are legal tender and have a face value of CA$ 5. They are made of 999.9/1000 silver.
The reverse of the first coin features a jumping cougar. The obverse depicts the profile of Queen Elizabeth II.
Both new security features, the microengraved textured maple leaf, and the radial line finish, have been employed for this coin.
All coins from the series are only available in 1 oz size.
25 coins are shipped in a tube. Each tube is sealed with a security seal of the Royal Canadian Mint.

We recommend buying packaging units to ensure the best protection possible for your coins.
