If a personal visit is not possible, you are welcome to send us your goods by post. Please make sure that the shipment is sufficiently insured.
If you wish, we can also arrange a pick-up at your place - please contact us for further details.
In any case, please fill out our purchase form and enclose it with the shipment.
Incoming examination
As soon as we receive your goods, the parcel is opened and checked by two employees. The individual pieces are then catalogued, measured and pre-checked.
Basically, you have the choice between a simple sale, which is particularly suitable for smaller quantities, and refining, which makes an exact determination of the fine metal quantity possible. Details on the two methods can be found here.

Analysis and remuneration
After receiving the final analysis results, we will contact you to close the deal.
If our purchase prices do not convince you, we will return the goods to you at our expense.
In this context, we would like to point out that this is not possible in the case of melting.
