Cancellation policy

Under the Consumer Protection Regulation, you have the following right to cancel.
A consumer is any person who enters into a contract for personal and private reasons as opposed to doing business:  

You are entitled to cancel your contract and obtain a refund at any time up to 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods you ordered.

You may also use the model cancellation form provided, which however is not compulsory.

To comply with the time-limit it suffices to post the notification of revocation in time.

Consequences of revocation

In case of a valid revocation of the contract all performances as well as any benefits received need to be returned by both parties. If you paid a delivery charge, this will also be refunded unless you have chosen a different option than standard delivery.

All refunds will be made using the same method of payment as the initial payment unless something else has been explicitly agreed on.
We will refund your payments within fourteen days of receipt of the notification of cancellation provided that we either receive the goods or proof of them being shipped to us, whichever is the earlier.

You need to return the goods within fourteen days of cancelling the contract. In order to comply with this time-limit it suffices to post the goods in time.
Costs arising from returning the goods will not be refunded by Dresden.Gold.

You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. If we find that the product has not been returned in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

Exclusion of the right to cancel

Please note that there is no right to cancel for contracts concerning goods with prices influenced by fluctuations on the financial market that cannot be influenced by the company and that may arise during the cancellation period as is the case for precious metals bought on our website or in store, see § 312g para. II no. 8 BGB.
