The motif side of the coin shows a Chinese dragon, also known as ‘Long’, winding its way across the image against a background of clouds and wavy lines.
These dragons are an essential part of Chinese and East Asian mythology.
The reverse side shows a section of the Great Wall of China, which dates back to the Ming Dynasty and forms a former defensive wall in northern China.
The coin is minted as a 1 oz coin and is limited to a mintage of 2,000,000 pieces.
